Refund policy
At James Flowers, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Because flowers are perishable goods, our policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the highest standards.
1. Cancellations

Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded once the arrangement has been created by our florists.
2. Quality Guarantee & Replacements
If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or do not meet our quality standards, please follow these steps:

Notification: Contact us within 4 to 6 hours of delivery. Because flowers are highly sensitive to environmental conditions (heat, light, water), we cannot be held responsible for their condition beyond this window.

Evidence: Please provide a clear photograph of the arrangement showing the issue and email it to [Insert Email Address] or send it via WhatsApp to [Insert Phone Number].

Resolution: If the complaint is valid, we will either:

Provide a free replacement of the same or equivalent value.

Offer a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the perishable nature of the products, we do not accept physical returns of flower bouquets or arrangements. Once a delivery is accepted, the sale is considered final unless a quality issue is reported within the timeframe mentioned above.
4. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. A re-delivery fee may apply if we are asked to send the flowers to a new location.

Recipient Unavailable: If the recipient is not available, our delivery partner will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure location. Refunds are not provided if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
